Sleeping arrangements are:

Main Level: Bedroom 2: Two queen size beds and closet.
Bedroom 3: One queen bed, with closet and a loft where kids can put out sleeping bags

There is room for 16 people to sleep in beds. We will allow a maximum of 18 people. The extra people will have to bring their own sleeping bags and pillows. There will be an extra charge of $10.00/person/night for more than 12 guests.
Clothes washing machine and dryer are available in the home at no extra charge. There is a gas station, post office, gift shop, eatery and convenience store located just half a block away.

91 km from Waterton Park, enjoy the beautiful foothills setting and watch for birds and wildlife while fishing or boating on the lake. Sites are well-treed, suitable for both RVs and tents and have both basic and powered options.

Frontier RV Park
Fort Heritage and Frontier RV Park is a newly developed campground just 15 minutes east of Waterton Lakes National Park on Highway 5 near the village of Mountain View. The beautiful mountains in view, waving fields of green grass, the calm and peaceful atmosphere gives Frontier RV a really great down-home feel. It offers 16 powered sites on gravel pads, 18 non-serviced grassy sites by the lake and many more tenting sites – some by the lake and some nestled in the Caraganas. There is lots of space.
With two of the Waterton area main campgrounds closed down, Frontier RV is happy to accommodate those who would still love to visit Waterton and be able to camp close by. The gravel padded sites have new grass growing, power (50, 30, 20 amp), picnic table and an amazing view of the Rockies. There are porta-potties this year. Although it does not yet have water to the sites, there are 5-gallon jugs available for purchase. There are paddle boats and kayaks for fun on the little lake as well. The Frontier RV staff are focused on a welcoming western-style spirit and will do their best to make your stay a great one. In the future Frontier RV will be adding trees, toilets and showers but for now, Frontier RV is good to go and open for business.
